Who We Are
Shelley and Carrie are life-long best friends and they
have been making their own salad dressing creations for
as long as they can remember. Shelley's Greek
vinaigrette has been a hit for years. Carrie has brought it
to work potlucks and coworkers raved. They would ask
for the recipe which Carrie couldn't provide because she
didn't make it, Shelley did (but they didn't know that!).
Carrie then stumbled upon the Garlic vinaigrette by
chance. After making a big salad for a dinner party she
discovered there was no salad dressing in the fridge so
she dabbled with a little of this and a little of that and
voila...the Saucey Garlic Vinaigrette was born. Her family
and friends loved it and have been asking for it ever
since.
Their husbands encouraged the two 'girls' to start their
own business. Weeks later, in the Fall of 2005, Saucey
Girls Incorporated was created.
